W.R. Bud Hoelzle

June 7, 1932 - July 17, 2010

Birthplace: Vale, Oregon

Resided in: Ferndale, Washington

W.R. Bud Hoelzle age 78, formerly of Boise, Idaho, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2010, in Bellingham. Bud was born on June 7, 1932, in Vale, Oregon, to Karl and Helen (Cranor) Hoelzle. He was an ironworker.  His hobbies included racing sprint cars, rock hounding, making jewelry, hot rods, and he collected marbles.
 
He is preceded in death by his son, Mark.
Bud is survived by his sons, Mike and Brent Hoelzle; daughters, Marcie Schooley, Joan Skidmore and Denise Morris; brother, Mel Hoelzle; and sisters, Helen Miller, Ardele Savon, and Christine Ayers; 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and  numerous nieces and nephews. 
 
Services will be held in Idaho at a later date.
